Blackbird Vintage Finds opens in the Distillery District
Posted
There’s a charming new shop in Toronto’s historic Distillery District that’s sure to win you over. It features a fascinating collection of vintage treasures, industrial lighting and furnishings. Owner Paula DiRenzo has put together a unique and inviting store. For many years, Paula owned Fleur de Terre on Avenue Road. She’s now traded country estate chic for a more industrial nostalgic vibe that’s a great fit for the Distillery District.
If you’re tired of the same gift show merchandise you see all over town, this place is for you. Paula has a great eye for spotting treasures and a real talent for displaying the pieces she finds. Take a look.

These stunning dishes caught my eye.
So many different metal letters to choose from – some are new — others are pre-loved.
A few fabulous vintage E’s.
Interesting vignettes throughout the store.
Each piece is full of personality and possibilities.
I need one of these books.
Blackbird Vintage Finds is a great spot to just wander around and explore — coffee in hand.
